Job Summary

Prometheus Safe and Secure is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the transportation process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic care to patients with mental health conditions, building strong relationships and providing individualized support.
  • Manage patient symptoms, de-escalate conflicts, and help patients overcome challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and risk assessments.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
  • Full UK driving license and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
