We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to join our team at the Center for Disability Rights. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies, resolving claim disputes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
About the Job:- Claims Processing: Coordinate with various insurance companies to process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciliation: Proactively reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and in alignment with organizational standards.
- Compliance: Stay updated on the latest billing and coding guidelines to ensure claims meet compliance standards.
- Education: Associate degree and/or Certified Medical Billing Specialist.
- Experience: At least one (01) year of medical billing experience. More than three (03) years of medical billing experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and adaptability.
$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
