Job Summary

We are seeking a Well-being Advocate to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Well-being Advocate, you will be responsible for empowering adults and carers to improve their well-being and independence.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in safeguarding and complex situations, with expertise in assessment and bespoke support plans. They will also possess a Three Conversations Approach for strengths, assets, and community resources.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by providing expert guidance and support. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to adults and carers
  • Develop and implement bespoke support plans to promote recovery and well-being
  • Use a Three Conversations Approach to identify strengths, assets, and community resources
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in safeguarding and complex situations
