Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate nurse to join our team at Sussex Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with the Ward Manager and Matron to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have sound clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to professional development. Experience in an acute UK setting and previous gynaecology/surgical experience are highly desirable.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • NMC registration
  • Evidence of further education since qualification
  • Completed period of preceptorship
  • Experience in an acute UK setting
  • Previous Gynaecology / Surgical experience

  • Venepuncture
  • Cannulation
  • Intravenous therapy
  • Commitment to client-centred care
