Role Overview
The University of Glasgow invites applications for a Veterinary Clinician in Diagnostic Imaging to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services and academic excellence in veterinary medicine.

About the Role
This fixed-term position will support the small animal diagnostic imaging referral service, providing clinical activity under supervision and participating in out-of-hours services. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with ECVDI Diplomates and residency-trained clinicians to achieve efficient and effective service delivery. Additionally, they will contribute to the School's objectives in teaching and research.

Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical advice to external referring practices and owners
* Participate in the development of novel approaches and techniques to aid diagnosis and treatment
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the academic discipline of the Division
* Deliver undergraduate and post-graduate teaching activities in veterinary medicine
* Collaborate in clinical scholarship projects/trials
* Attend national/international events/research seminars/conferences

Requirements
* A veterinary degree registerable with RCVS
* Prior training and experience in small animal diagnostic imaging
* Knowledge of national veterinary regulations and practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High standard of communication skills, both oral and written

Terms and Conditions
The salary for this role is £33,232 - £36,924 per annum. The position is full-time and fixed-term for up to 1 year.
