Care Home Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective person-centred care home. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment in a management position.
- Provide on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
- Ensure that medication policies and procedures are adhered to and support with the reviewing of medication and administration.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
- Complete monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and any other reports as required.
- Have excellent leadership and management skills.
- Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and be competent in the use of IT systems.
- Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
