Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Business Development and Engagement team in supporting the continued growth of employer, partner, and learner engagement
  • Monitoring recruitment and engagement activity linked to curriculum business plans across the Business Development and Engagement team
  • Leading the Business Development and Engagement team in rigorously monitoring and reporting on the weekly, monthly, and yearly recruitment and engagement targets

Requirements:

  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a team to achieve challenging dynamic targets
  • Experience of working in a stakeholder engagement/sales/target driven and dynamic environment
