We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Childcare Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our learners.

• Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
• Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with external requirements.
• Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression for learners.
• Monitor attendance and performance of learners and report to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
• Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
• Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews to meet individual learner requirements.
• Submit portfolios in a timely manner for interim and summative verification and work with the IV to ensure quality improvement.
• Undertake learning and development activities as required for the job role and maintain a record of all CPD.
• Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements.
• Attend standardization and team meetings at designated centers to develop team and individual performance.
• Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with current Health and Safety legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.
• Provide learners, customers, and colleagues with support, advice, and guidance as part of your everyday role.
• Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviors.
• Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Provide learners, customers, and colleagues with support, advice, and guidance as part of your everyday role.
• Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
• Hold an Assessing Qualification.
• Have relevant occupational experience in the sector you are applying for.
• Hold Level 3 and above sector qualifications.
