Job Title: Supervisor - Maintenance and Repairs

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Blaymires Recruitment Limited. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a team of trade operatives, ensuring that repairs are undertaken efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the work of trade operatives to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to operatives and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Liaise with clients and CDM Co-ordinators to provide works updates and resolve issues.
  • Undertake quality assessments and provide instructions to rectify any snagging, defects, and/or uncompleted works.
Requirements:
  • Trade background with experience of dealing with direct employees and employee performance management.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Good technical knowledge and awareness of CDM regulations and H&S training.
  • Previous supervisory experience and ability to implement company policies and processes.
  • Clean driving licence and ability to use a van with fuel card.
