Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking a Senior Income Recovery Manager to join our Income/Rents team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of officers who oversee WCHG's social rented stock, ensuring the delivery of a customer-focused, efficient, and effective income collection service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting colleagues to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement in achieving meaningful outcomes for tenants and residents.
  • Providing advice and support on welfare benefits, financial inclusion, and property condition, or signposting to other appropriate services.
  • Ensuring timely referrals to specialist Living Well teams for tenants requiring additional support.
