We're seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Kingly House in Hinckley, where we provide residential care, rehabilitation, and support for up to 17 adults.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support to service users
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care
