Rehabilitation Centre Job Opportunity

An exceptional chance has arisen for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work within a respected rehabilitation service in the Woking area.

With a leading healthcare provider, you will be part of a team delivering high-quality care to individuals seeking support.

To be considered, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake initial assessments for service users to determine the appropriate level of care, under the direction of the Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Work with the ward team to ensure delivery of the treatment and care pathway.
  • Participate in leadership, learning, and clinical supervision activities.
  • Contribute to Clinical Governance and account for contracted hours used in research, clinical audit, and other non-clinical duties.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for the site, ensuring service users have access to clinical cover at all times.
  • Support the service in delivering physical health care and emergency treatment.
  • Undertake risk assessments and adjust service user observation levels in conjunction with the MDT.

Requirements:

  • Registered Non-Medical Prescriber.
  • Desirable to have completed an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner Training Course or a Clinical Skills development course.
