Industrial Refrigeration Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our refrigeration contractor team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks, compiling comprehensive reports on observations.
  • Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections, adhering to established procedures.
  • Travel for job-related purposes, as necessary.
  • Execute investigations and troubleshooting, providing written documentation of findings.
  • Execute installation tasks, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, verifying all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain safe working practices at all times, adhering to Health & Safety policies.
  • Provide continuous feedback on market conditions, contributing to overall business benefit.
  • Represent the company on-site, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, driving business growth in line with specified targets.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering background.
  • Previous experience in servicing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems.
  • City & Guilds 2079 qualification is essential.
  • Preferred City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia) qualification.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial heating and refrigeration.
  • High standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery.
