Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our team at The Freelance Recruiter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across various sectors.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Coordinating and controlling all documents associated with reactive and planned preventative maintenance works.
  • Participating in the on-call rota to support our 24/7/365 response.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, with F-Gas/EN 378 compliance.
  • Experience working with VRV's, Coldrooms, Close Control, and Chilled water systems, as well as heat pumps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at various levels.
  • Good electrical competence, including the ability to read wiring schematics and test control circuits.
  • A full driving license.
  • The ability to achieve a DBS certificate.
