LV Distribution Technician

We are seeking experienced LV distribution technicians to join our inspection team, conducting thorough inspections and reporting on assets within multi-occupied buildings.

The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on company assets, including LV distribution systems and infrastructure, within privately owned multi-occupied buildings. They will require access to these buildings and must be able to navigate them safely.

The role involves:

  • Organising assigned work and accessing third-party multi-occupied buildings
  • Conducting thorough inspections of LV distribution systems and infrastructure
  • Accurate and timely reporting of inspection data
  • Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance

In addition, we require:

  • A recognised qualification in electrical testing and inspection, such as City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2
  • City & Guilds 2366 - Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • JIB Gold card / ECS
  • NVQ3 or AM2
  • A valid driving licence
  • A DBS check
  • A medical and drugs and alcohol screening

This is a fixed-term contract, lasting between 6-12 months, working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Overtime is optional. A company van and fuel card will be provided for the role.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (£209 per hour LTD).
