About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join our Intensive Care Unit team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist critical care services to patients requiring organ support and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care services to patients, including organ support and monitoring.
  • Participate in the medical rota system, providing 24/7 critical care cover.
  • Develop and maintain clinical standards and quality patient care.
  • Work with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to develop and review Critical Care policies and guidelines.
  • Audit the delivery of critical care services, procedures, outcomes, and mortality.
