About the Role
As a Progress Enhancement Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and guidance to students. Your primary objective will be to help students boost their skills, knowledge, and confidence, enabling them to thrive both professionally and socially.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver innovative group and personal tutorials that highlight the significance of British Values.
• Address critical issues such as radicalisation and extremism, relating them to students' own lives.
• Work closely with various College services and external agencies to ensure students have access to necessary resources and support.

Requirements
• A strong understanding of British Values and their significance in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff to achieve shared goals.
