Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plan.
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control the site budget, ensuring that all costs are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Asbestos Awareness certifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in construction site management.
