Job Title: Security Officer - Site Protection

Job Summary: MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at a busy Distribution site in Banbury. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, its employees, and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, badge printing, area access, alarm monitoring, and CCTV investigations
  • Controlling the access of visitors, staff, and contractors
  • Internal and external patrols
  • Following site procedures as agreed in the SLA, reporting all incidents and accidents to the customer
  • Gatehouse duties - checking drivers' ID and vehicles inspections
  • Screening/Search when required

Requirements:

  • A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence
  • A 5-year checkable work/education history
  • Competent computer skills with a good knowledge of computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create comprehensive incident reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
