Cloud Sales Growth Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Add Some Zest. This is a home-based role that will cover the East of England, South-East England and East London.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-potential cloud accounts to achieve targets in line with the company's growth plans. The primary objective is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, defend and retain partner businesses, and grow their cloud adoption.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your cohort of aligned partner businesses.
- Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate business with us.
- Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
- Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts.
- Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
- Champion your partner to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
- Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
- Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Cloud Sales Manager.
- Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
- Be present at industry events, roundtables, workshops, and seminars (travel required).
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in channel sales.
- Proven experience in bringing set annual MRR targets.
- Highly customer-focused.
- Sales and results focussed.
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
