  • Send latest promotions to dedicated customers and make follow-up calls
  • Produce end-of-month and ad-hoc reports for dedicated customers and colleagues
  • Investigate any problems or complaints from dedicated customers

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or experience in office/customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
