Industrial Production Operative Position in Midlands and South Yorkshire

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Operative to join our team in the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for working on machine lines, performing general production/warehouse tasks, and contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:- Work in a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery and equipment to meet productivity targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive efficiency improvements.
- A minimum of 6 weeks' experience working on machines, with a strong understanding of mechanical processes.
- A base level of fitness, enabling you to lift and move items safely and efficiently.
- The ability to work consistently, maintaining high levels of punctuality and organization.
- An attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
