Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily telephone triage and video consultations
  • Contribute to redesigning services locally through representation at PCN and CCG level
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • 6+ months post CCT experience
  • Flexible session rate
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available
