Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the hotel's operations from sundown to sunrise.
  • Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to guests, reflecting NoMad standards.
  • Liaise closely with the concierge team and help where necessary.
  • Welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and dealing with last-minute inquiries.

Requirements
  • Experience of working in a similar Night Porter role is beneficial.
  • Experience of night shift work is essential.
