About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our elderly care home on the Wirral. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure the home is compliant with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention rates and staff satisfaction

Requirements
  • Current Registered Manager qualification and experience in elderly care
  • Proven track record of managing a care home with a strong focus on quality and compliance

  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
