Job Title: Property Claims Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Claims Technician to join our team at Indesure Recruitment. As a Property Claims Technician, you will be responsible for administering new claims and controlling the lifecycle of files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer new claims and control the lifecycle of files.
• Assist Adjusters with investigation, validation enquiries, and caseload management.
• Liaise with insured parties, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimum customer service.
• Aid in the production of technical reports for Adjusters.
• Ensure compliance with time reporting, billing, internal standards, and financial procedures.
• Develop and run management information for clients and internal use.
• Ensure adherence to technical, operational, data protection, and information security policies.
• Provide account management support and assist with client and business presentations.
• Attend client review meetings and participate in projects as required.

About You:

• Claims handling experience.
• CILA/III qualified or working towards becoming qualified.
• Organized and able to self-manage workload.
• Strong working knowledge of MS office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Flexible with regards to travel.
