About the RoleThis is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week. You will work closely with our team to provide personal care, assistance with medication, and support with daily activities. Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, including intimate personal care and pad changes
- Assist with medication and health visits/monitoring
- Support service users with daily activities, such as eating and drinking, and accessing the community
