Construction Project Lead

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee our construction projects in Slough, United Kingdom. This key role will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractors and site staff to guarantee project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- A minimum of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary, depending on experience.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Lead or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
