About the Role:
A Physics Teacher is required to join our team at Axii Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons to students in Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students, promoting academic success and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Physics curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in Physics education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
