Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your sales career? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance, a leading supplier of façade and timber products to the construction industry.

As a Sales Trainee, you'll play a key role in representing our full range of brick and masonry products to architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders. You'll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, shadow experienced sales team members, and develop your skills in targeting and engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested to agreed deadlines
  • Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility where applicable
  • Use our project HUB to provide administration support to the external sales team
  • Be proactive in organising databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities
  • Meet Company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs to ensure you're on-track for progressing up the sales ladder
  • Embrace training and development on sales and product knowledge
