Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing re-cladding construction contracts from inception to completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee re-cladding construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, taking into account all relevant factors and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise, providing expert cost advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide cost advice and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
