WSR Recycling Ltd. is a customer-centric waste and recycling solutions provider with depots across the country. Our award-winning, family-run business seeks a skilled Credit Administrator to support our credit control team.

The Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, for this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate customer receipts accurately and follow up with customers as needed.
• Raise credit notes/invoices and manage mailboxes for remittances and customer requests.
• Maintain unallocated cash below targeted value.
• Reconcile bank statements versus allocated receipts in Sage 200.

Requirements:

• AAT qualification or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales ledger experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sage 200 and CRM software is desirable.
