About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Apprentice to join our team at Ruby Energy. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality customer service and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating HR databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support the HR Officer with daily absence reporting and provide data for HR reports and management information.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
  • Willingness to work towards CIPD Level 3.
  • Previous experience in an office or telephone-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality and integrity.
