Kitchen Porter Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Kitchen Team: Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Washing Up: Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Basic Food Prep: Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meat.
- Keep and Maintain a Clean & Safe Kitchen and Dining Rooms: Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe for employees and customers.
- And More: Perform other duties as required by the kitchen team leader.
Requirements:
- No Formal Education Required: A high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Good Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Basic Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment and Sanitation Practices: Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
