Director of Curriculum

A senior role has become available for a talented and experienced Chemistry leader to join our Science department. As the Lead of Chemistry, you will lead a team of dedicated educators and report directly to the Head of Science.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an engaging and challenging Chemistry curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligning with the academy's high academic standards. This includes designing, developing, and implementing a Chemistry curriculum that meets the needs of all students and inspires a love for the subject.

You will also be expected to analyze data and use it to inform instruction, drive student progress, and improve teaching and learning practices. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for student achievement and success.
