About the Role

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join their team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring that you always provide courteous and effective customer service.
  • Understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Interact with vulnerable individuals within the community, building rapport and ensuring that they receive their medication when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Own a vehicle with business insurance
  • Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving is preferred, but not required
  • Comply with company policies regarding safe transport of goods and maintain the security of the van at all times
