About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during our peak trading period. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
• Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
• Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
• Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries

Requirements

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Great communication skills and ability to positively engage with customers
• Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas
• Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
