We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Beauty Industry Representative to represent Olaplex in key retail locations in the Greater London region, with the potential for travel across the UK.

Job Description:

This role will involve strategic planning and execution to successfully deliver retail sales and build relationships with retail store teams.

  • Represent OLAPLEX at designated retail locations
  • Capture consumer insights and sales trends
  • Support Account Management team in driving sales and brand awareness

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic brand advocate with a strong understanding of haircare products and trends, as well as exceptional customer service skills.

You will collaborate with the Retail Education Team to deliver in-store training tailored to both the brand and the retailer, focusing on education, coaching, and development of the in-store sales team.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days a week, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Brand Ambassador, Sales, or Retail role, preferably within the Beauty or Haircare industry (3+ years)
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Microsoft Excel
