About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Club by Bamford. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pot-wash and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
  • Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, including floors, walls, and work surfaces
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and presentation as needed
  • Remove and recycle waste from the kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and internal audit requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
