Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class repairs service to our properties, covering Norwich, North Norfolk, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer care and communication, responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
