As a White Goods Engineer at Currys Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' appliances are in top condition. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair white goods in customers' homes, working independently and efficiently. You will also be responsible for building our reputation as a home services expert, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing your time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing white goods in customers' homes
  • Building our reputation as a home services expert

  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise

Requirements include:

  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
  • Company approved tools and van
