Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled Fit Out Design Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all design activities within the Wash Room Fit Out division, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Managing all design activities within the Wash Room Fit Out division.">
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.">
  • Working closely with the company's clients and architects to deliver high-quality design solutions.">
  • Coordinating sub-contractor and supply drawings, ensuring that they meet the required standards.">
  • Managing the design process through to the point of publication of assigned A Status drawings.">
  • Assisting in the production of O&M Manuals.">
  • Having an understanding of CDM regulations and the responsibilities that this brings from a design perspective.">
  • Co-ordinating sub-contractor and supply drawings.">
  • Managing the supply chain design / drawing process.">
  • Liaising and working closely with the Commercial Manager in understanding what financial allowances have been made for the projects and having an awareness of financial restraints when progressing with design.">
  • Liaising and working closely with our Factory Manager in our manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes, to assist with production queries and to drive development and improvement of our offsite manufactured product.">
  • Taking an active involvement of the production process so that the architects' desire on quality of workmanship is communicated to the production team.">
  • Liaising and working closely and building strong relationships with our Project Site Management teams and assisting them in the project delivery.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in fit out design, preferably in a senior management capacity.">
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software packages.">
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • A strong understanding of CDM regulations and the responsibilities that this brings from a design perspective.">
