About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts (EA). As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building the next generation of IT products that will drive our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with IT functions across the company to identify impactful opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy delivery cycles and ensure successful product implementation.
  • Refine requirements through prototyping, hands-on testing, and iterative feedback to bridge customer desires and technical realities.
  • Manage delivery plans, issues, and decisions, anticipating risk and ensuring focus on maximizing value within timelines and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate collaboration with team members to lead process, people, and policy changes that enhance product changes.
  • Build awareness, excitement, and knowledge of new features through customer communication channels and potentially create training material and facilitate training sessions.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to solicit customer feedback and analyze data to constantly test product and approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Experience with Software Asset Management is essential.
  • Proactive, organized, and detailed planning, including timeline and budget considerations.
