From physical development to social and emotional confidence, swimming is a vehicle to change their lives for the better. To make this happen and create long-lasting impact, they unite and collaborate with teachers, families, fundraisers, pools, supporters, governing bodies – and children with disabilities.

Job Summary

Level Water is seeking a strategic thinker to lead their fundraising efforts, achieving significant income growth across multiple income streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strategic funding partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and creating compelling cases for support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive income growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, trusts, and foundations
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including community and events, individual giving, and major gifts
  • Lead a team of fundraisers to achieve fundraising targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the charity's overall strategy

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising success in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, trusts, and foundations
