Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced qualified teacher to join our school as it grows into three classes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMH students and/or SEN and be able to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: QTS/QTLS qualification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a school environment, preferably in secondary school, with experience working with SEMH students and/or SEN.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
  • Promotion of Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
  • Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
