Assistant Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager at One Avenue Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • On-Site Staff Management: Supervise and manage on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, handymen, and contractors, to ensure effective and efficient execution of daily tasks.
  • Operational Tasks: Learn and adhere to procedures, set a positive example, and take ownership of office decoration, client office moves, and health and safety checks.
  • Client Community Building: Foster a sense of community between One Avenue Group and our clients, address client needs and queries promptly, and organise client events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Client Billing and Administration: Manage client billing on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' operational experience in a client-facing industry.
  • Management experience and proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, commitment to maintaining high standards, and a willingness to learn and develop business skills.
