You will receive best-in-class training in project management, planning and controls, Primavera, and Excel, as well as essential soft skills like negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
Upon completion, you will be placed on a 12-month contract as an Experis employee, where you'll put your skills to use in a real-world environment with ongoing support and mentorship.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, is a forward thinker who pre-empts potential problems, and has professional commitment to high quality and a passion for learning new skills.
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, based on a 37 hour working week, with bonus opportunities.
Gaining highly sought-after qualifications in project planning, including APM Project Fundamentals and APMG - Project, Planning & Control Foundation and Practitioner, is also part of the programme.
This comprehensive training programme is designed to develop skills in an area that is ever-growing in demand.
