Asset Strategist

Job Overview
As the Asset Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance of all physical assets across our client sites. Your responsibilities will entail ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of assets, optimizing maintenance schedules, and implementing best practices to enhance asset performance and longevity.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of the asset management function, delivering a value for money approach.
- Effective implementation of the annual asset management plan for every building, in accordance with industry standards, as defined by the Engineering Assurance & Governance Director.
- Delivering asset management initiatives in line with client sustainability objectives/targets, for achieving net zero, ensuring energy efficiency, lower carbon footprint, and systems operating with low environmental impact.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual Statutory Compliance & Audit programme.
- System reliability and performance, through identification, development, and implementation of the asset reliability improvement programme of works across all UK sites, working with in-house engineering teams and suppliers to deliver this remit, as advised by the Head of Asset Reliability.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Clear experience in a similar level role.
- A form of engineering qualification would be useful but not mandatory.
