Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Install and maintain exterior plants, troughs, and living walls, ensuring they are healthy and thriving.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work at height, using ladders and other equipment to access and maintain floral displays and hanging baskets.

Requirements:

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Lantra and NPTC.
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months. You must have less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years. A trailer licence can be beneficial.
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will need to pass an enhanced DBS check.
