Job Overview

Andy File Associates Limited is a leading recruitment agency representing a well-established general legal practice in Doncaster. They are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal / Legal Secretary with Conveyancing experience to join their busy Conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a Fee Earner with their caseload from inception to post completion, including opening and closing of files, client liaison, phone calls, emails, letters, and associated documentation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Conveyancing and associated documentation, previous experience working in a similar role, and excellent communication and client care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a Fee Earner with caseload management
  • File administration and client liaison
  • Phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Utilizing case management software
  • Completion Statements, Disbursements, and Billing
  • Land Registry documentation preparation
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Conveyancing and associated documentation
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Salary Information: An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
